Our Activities

At Karibu, we’ve successfully run a variety of community projects, including a lunch club, healthy cooking classes, sewing sessions, ESOL lessons, and dance workshops.

All our activities are open to everyone. To book your place, simply give us a call, send us an email, or pop into our office between 9am and 12pm, Monday to Friday.

Dance & Exercise Sessions. Every Thursday, 11am to 12:30pm  £3 on the door. Looking for a fun way to stay active without overdoing it? Our weekly Dance & Exercise classes are perfect for all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Whether you're a beginner or just love to move, come along and enjoy a relaxed and welcoming environment. It’s all about having fun, learning new moves, and meeting great people. Tea, coffee, and cold drinks are provided.

Sew and Socialise Mornings. Every Tuesday, 11am to 2pm

Bring along a sewing project you’re working on or start something new from scratch no experience needed! Whether you want help, inspiration, or just a creative space to unwind, you're welcome to join in. After each session, enjoy coffee, refreshments, and a chance to chat, make new friends, and share a few laughs.

Join us for our Food and Mood workshops on the last Monday of every month. A warm space to cook, connect, and share good food and conversation.

​

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Supplementary School runs every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm, supporting learning, growth, and community.
