Karibu Supplementary School's Hall of Fame / Achievement
Over the years Karibu Supplementary School has evolved from been a play group for members of Karibu African Women’s Support Group’s Children to been a Children and Youth Club to a study group and now to being a Supplementary School for children 3 to 16 years old.

During these periods we have seen several children of different ethnicities and backgrounds come and go. Several have moved away with their families or moved on to other things. Whilst some have moved away and stopped being in touch many are still in touch with us and regularly sharing their news and adventures.

We are proud of all our ex pupils and particular proud of the all those who are still in touch and doing so well. To name a few:

Zindzi Wendoh - our first graduate - and now a Medical Doctor who qualified from Sussex University and is now married!
Anita Harris - is currently a Master Degree student of Psychology at Surrey University

Emily Grace - a final year Degree student in Psychology and Early Childhood at University College Suffolk

Simon Uzokwe a 2nd year Pharmacy undergraduate at Sunderland University, Simon also plays Professional Rugby for Darlington Mowden Park R.F.C and has just returned from duty for Queen and Country representing England Universities in France and Ireland. Simon has also just signed for Premiership League Side Newcastle Falcons!!! – Our Congratulations!!!!
Ahmeed Yusoof BSc Sports & Exercise therapy Coventry University ‘Karibu was an integral part in my early educational journey it was a great way to meet new people and make new friends, all in a positive working environment. The skills and knowledge learnt from karibu have guided me throughout my years all the way into achieving my degree.
